Laci Jalics has coached soccer for more than seven years. He has been playing competitive soccer for the last 35 years. His coaching strategy is the development of basic skills, the tactical awareness on both defense and offense, and the effective execution of trained skills leading to successful outcomes at both ends of the field. Because of Laci's vast experience in scoring goals, he strives to develop the skills and thinking needed for his team not only to score the obvious goals, but also the more difficult and unpredictable ones. He tends to be a quiet coach during games mostly offering encouragement and then uses the breaks to explain the finer points. He strives to create a positive and fun learning environment.

Rob has been involved with the local soccer community for over twenty years. During that time he has been a part of two High School State Championships and has helped develop numerous players to Division 1 and top D2 / D3 college programs. In 2009 Rob's dedication and commitment to his player's development was recognized by MSYSA as the 2009 Coach of The Year. Rob's coaching style and training sessions are based on the philosophy that players should learn to play the game by participating in real soccer situations. Teaching young players not only the technical skills necessary but also how to read and understanding the game is of high importance. Rob expects to expand upon his past success and achievements.
